This is a Fife wide service which is managed within the CHP.

Palliaitve Care comprises the following:

• Community Nursing
• Hospital-based
• Hospice
• Day Hospice
• Counselling Service

The CHP provides local based hospice beds within both St Andrews Community Hospital and Adamson Hospitals (Adamson Annexe, Stratheden Hosptial site temporarily).
